Creating organization unit instance details

Select the “Organization Unit Instance Details” activity under the “Deployment Administration” business component.

The “Organization Unit Details” page appears.

Enter the following Search Criteria:

OU Instance Name	The name of the OU instance.
OU Instance Description	The description of the OU instance.

Click the “Fetch” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in the multiline.

The system displays the following in the multiline:

ID	The identifier of the OU instance.

Enter the following in the multiline:

OU Instance Name	The name of the OU instance. Mandatory.
OU Description	The description of the OU instance.
Address	The address of the OU instance.

The system displays the following:

Components	Click the hyperlinked image ‘’ to launch the “Map Components to Organization Unit” screen to map the components to the organization unit. If mapping already exists for the component, the hyperlinked image ‘’ is displayed.
Users	Click the hyperlinked image ‘’ to launch the “Map Users to Organization Unit” screen to map the users to the organization unit. If mapping already exists for the user, the hyperlinked image ‘’ is displayed,.
TimeZone	Click the hyperlinked image to launch the pop-up window “TimeZone Info” that displays the time zone details defined for the OU Instance. The system displays one of the following images: '' - This image is displayed if time zone is set for the OU Instance. '' - This image is displayed if time zone is not set for the OU Instance. The pop-up window displays the following details: OU Instance Name – The name of the OU instance for which timezone details are displayed. OU Instance ID - The identifier of the OU Instance. Time Zoneoffset - The timezone offset from UTC for the OU instance. Day Light Saving - The daylight saving time in hours. DST Start Date-Time – The starting date-time time of daylight saving time (DST). DST End Date-Time - The ending date-time time of daylight saving time (DST). DST Offset – The offset between starting and ending date-time of daylight saving time (DST).
Remarks	Any remarks while creating OU instance.

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the OU instance details.
