Create Hazard Master – A summary of the activity

This page allows you to define the various hazards that are likely to occur while carrying out maintenance activities on a specified equipment or location. Hazards are the various perils or dangers that can occur while handling the equipment or location or while carrying out maintenance activities on the equipment or location.

You can create a hazard using a unique code, and by providing a description and a status for it. You can also specify the type to which the hazard belongs. You can also create a hazard by copying the details from an existing hazard.

You can also specify the precautions that must be taken for handling the hazard.

The system creates the hazard and stores the details of the user who created the hazard along with the date and time of creation.
