Create Safety Procedure – A summary of the activity

A safety procedure is a collection of hazards that are likely to occur while handling equipment or location and the set of precautions that must be taken in the event of a hazard. You can create a safety procedure with a unique code and provide a description and status for it. You can specify the type and the category for the procedure. You can also include the hazards to the procedure and view the precautions that must be taken for preventing a particular hazard.

The system creates the safety procedure and stores the login ID of the user who s created the procedure along with the date and time of creation.
