View Clearance Permit Conflicts – A summary of the activity

This activity enables you to view the clearance permit details of an equipment or location. Before a clearance permit is requested, the planner might be interested in knowing if any other clearance permit exists for the same equipment or location.

In addition, it helps the operation personnel in detecting activity clash, if any, on any of the equipment on which the clearance activities are to be performed. That is, the equipment/location included in a permit and which are already a part of other active permits can be identified and the information can be used by the operations personnel for finalizing the activity list before creating a clearance permit.

This is a view-only screen, which displays two types of information. One option displays all permits on equipment /location and the other option provides a list of activities defined for equipment/location across permits.

You can specify the equipment or location for which you wish to view the clearance permit by entering the equipment or location, the document based on which the clearance permit was created and the login ID of the user who approved the permit.
