Define Spare Structure Hierarchy – A summary of the activity

In this activity, you can create a hierarchy of spare structures. The spare structure hierarchy, that defines a parent – child relationship among spare parts, is later attached to the asset structures while building the asset structure hierarchy. When the equipment is created using asset structure, the spare parts and the spare structure hierarchy is also attached to the equipment.

A spare structure is considered as a “parent structure”, if one or more “child structures” are defined for it.
