The “Maintenance Summary Information” page appears.

Eqp. / Loc.

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to view the maintenance summary information of equipment or location. The system provides the options “Equipment” and “Location” and displays “Equipment” by default.

Code

The equipment or location code for which you wish to view the maintenance summary information (Alphanumeric, 30) Mandatory.

Help facility available.

Press <Enter>.

 

The system retrieves the description of the equipment or location alongside.

Zoom facility available.

From Date

The date starting from which you wish to view the maintenance summary information of the equipment or location (Date Format).

To Date

The date till which you wish to view the maintenance summary information of the equipment or location (Date Format).

Include Child

Check this box to retrieve the maintenance summary information of the equipment or location along with its child equipment or locations.

Check this box to retrieve the maintenance summary information of the location along with the equipment in the location.

For the various types of maintenance information displayed in the “Title” field in the multiline, the system displays the corresponding information in the “Value” field as explained below:

If the maintenance information is retrieved for a location, the system displays the number of child locations belonging to it.

No Of Equipments

If the maintenance information is retrieved for the equipment, the system displays the number of child equipments belonging to it.

If the maintenance information is retrieved for a location, the system displays the number of equipments belonging to it.

No of work orders

The number of work orders raised on the equipment or location during the time period specified.

Total Labour Hrs

The number of labor hours spent on the equipment or location during the time period specified.

Total Tool Hrs

The number of hours spent on utilizing tools during the time period specified.

Total Oth. Resource Hrs

The number of hours spent on utilizing other resources during the time period specified.

Total Parts Cost

The total cost incurred on parts for the equipment or location during the time period specified.

Total Services Cost

The total cost incurred on services during the time period specified.

Total Maintenance Cost

The total maintenance cost incurred on the equipment or location during the time period specified.

Total Prod aff down Hours

The total number of production-affected down hours of the equipment or location during the time period specified.

You can also retrieve the information for the equipment or location along with its child equipment or locations. You can also view the information for all the equipment belonging to a location.
