Select the “Review PM Forecast” link in the “Select PM Forecast Review” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked forecast review number in the multiline of the same page.
The “PM Forecast Review” page appears.
Enter the following field if you wish to review a forecast other than the forecast specified in the previous page:

The task or the procedure that must be performed as a part of the preventive maintenance. The system displays “Task” or “SP”. |

The location of the equipment on which preventive maintenance must be done. |
From Forecast Date |
The starting date of the forecast period. |
To Forecast Date |
The ending date of the forecast period. |

Click the “Refresh Forecast” pushbutton if you wish to refresh the forecast with any changes that have been made.
Note: Next due dates for a preventive maintenance schedule could have changed due to a closure of a work order in the forecast period.
Click the “Save Forecast” pushbutton if you wish to save the details of the forecast that have been refreshed.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “Spare Parts Requirements” link at the bottom of the page to view the spare parts that are required for carrying out preventive maintenance during the forecast period.
Select the "Skill Requirement" link from the bottom of the page to review the details of a forecast that is already done.
Reviewing the preventive maintenance forecast – An overview
This page allows you to review the forecast that is already done. You can review the forecast that is selected in the previous page, or you can directly enter a forecast review number in this page and review it. The system displays the details of the search criteria based on which the forecast was done and also retrieves the following details of the forecast:
The location or the equipment for which the forecast was done.
The preventive maintenance schedule for which the due date is forecasted during a specific period.
The date on which the next preventive maintenance is due to be performed during the forecast period.
Note: If a preventive maintenance schedule is due to be performed on multiple days during the foreast period, the system displays each due date as separate rows in the multiline.
You are also provided with the option of refreshing the forecast details with any changes that have taken place during the forecast period. The following example explains the need for refreshing a forecast.

Work orders for carrying out the preventive maintenance could have been generated and closed during the intervening period of 04/01/2002 to 04/10/2002 and the next due date of the preventive maintenance would change accordingly. You can view this change in the forecast review only if you refresh the forecast. You can then save the refreshed forecast review, if necessary.

You can refresh the details of the forecast review that is already done based on changes in the next due dates of the preventive maintenance schedules.
Click the “Refresh” pushbutton to refresh the forecast review to reflect the changes in the next due dates.
Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the details of the refreshed forecast review.
