This page allows you to select the preventive maintenance schedule to be viewed.  Tell me more.

PM Template

The preventive maintenance template to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 18).

To search for a preventive maintenance schedule

PM Template

The preventive maintenance template to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the preventive maintenance in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all preventive maintenance templates similar to the preventive maintenance entered here.

Desc.

The description of the preventive maintenance template (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all preventive maintenance templates whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve preventive maintenance templates based on the status. The system displays “Active” or “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve preventive maintenance templates irrespective of the status. The system displays “Active”, by default.

Item

The item number of the equipment on which preventive maintenance schedules must be raised based on the template (Alphanumeric, 32). You can enter the item number in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all templates that are used for creating preventive maintenance schedules on items similar to the item entered here.

Variant

The variant of the item (Alphanumeric, 8). You can enter the variant in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all preventive maintenance templates by which preventive maintenance schedules will be raised on item – variant combinations similar to the item – variant combination entered here.

Eqp. Group

The equipment group of the equipment on which preventive maintenance schedules are raised based on the template (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the equipment group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all templates by which preventive maintenance schedules will be raised on equipment belonging to equipment group similar to the equipment group entered here.

Task/Proc.

Use the drop-down list box to specify the task or procedure, which must be performed as a part of the preventive maintenance. The system provides the options: “Task” or “SP”. Leave the field blank to retrieve preventive maintenance schedules on which tasks and procedures must be performed. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Code

The task or procedure which must be performed as a part of the preventive maintenance (Alphanumeric, 30). If you have specified “Task” in the “Task/SP” drop-down list box, ensure that you enter a task in this field. If you have specified “SP” in the drop-down list box, ensure that you enter a procedure in this field.

Location Group

The location group of the locations on which preventive maintenance schedules are raised based on the template (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all templates by which preventive maintenance schedules are raised for locations belonging to a location group similar to the one entered in this field.

PM Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the preventive maintenance for which you wish to retrieve the details. The system fills in all preventive maintenance types that have been defined in the “Define PM Types” activity and are in the “Active” and “Inactive” statuses. Leave the field blank to retrieve preventive maintenance schedules irrespective of the type.

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the preventive maintenance (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the work group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all preventive maintenance templates, which are used to raise the schedules, which must be carried out by work groups similar to the work group entered here.

The system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

PM Template

The preventive maintenance template retrieved by the system.

Desc.

The description of the preventive maintenance template.

Status

The status of the preventive maintenance template, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Item

The item number of the equipment on which preventive maintenance schedules are raised based on the template.

Variant

The variant of the item.

Eqp. Group

The equipment group of the equipment on which preventive maintenance schedules must be raised based on the template.

Task/Proc.

Indicates whether a task or standard procedure must be carried out as a part of the preventive maintenance.

Code

The task or procedure that must be carried out as a part of preventive maintenance.

Location Group

The location group of the locations on which preventive maintenance schedules are raised based on the template.

PM Type

The type of the preventive maintenance.

Work Group
