PM Template

The preventive maintenance template to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 18).

 

Press <Enter>. The description of the preventive maintenance template is displayed alongside.

Press <Enter>.

The system displays the following fields of the preventive maintenance template:

Status

The status of the preventive maintenance template which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Item

The number of the item for which preventive maintenance template is created.

Variant

The variant of the item.

Eqp. Group

The equipment group of the equipment for which the template is raised.

Task/Proc.

Indicates whether a task or a procedure must be carried out as a part of the preventive maintenance.

Code

The task or the procedure that is performed as a part of the preventive maintenance.

 

The description of the task or procedure is displayed alongside.

Location Group

The location group of the locations for which the template is created.

PM Type

The type of the preventive maintenance schedule.

Lead Time For WO Generation (Days)

The number of days required for planning the resources for the work order that are created for carrying out preventive maintenance.

Execution Agency

The agency that must execute the preventive maintenance. The system displays “Internal” or “External”.

WO Type

The type of the work order that is raised for carrying out the preventive maintenance.

WO Status

The status of the work order, which can be “Fresh”, “WaitAppr”, “Approved” and “Scheduled”.

WO Priority

The priority of the work order.

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order

Duration (Hrs.)

The number of hours required for the execution of the work order

Eqp. Condition

The condition of the equipment based on which the preventive maintenance must be carried out. The system displays any one of the following:

 
  • Online – Indicates that the task can be performed on the equipment when the equipment is in operation.

 
  • Offline – Indicates that the task must performed on the equipment when the equipment is not in operation, or is in the “Down” state.

 
  • Not Applicable – Indicates that the task can be performed on equipment when it is either offline or online. Also indicates that the task can be performed on a location.

WO Category

The category of the work order.

Warehouse

The warehouse of the spare parts, that will be defaulted to the work orders that have been created for preventive maintenance.

Item Status

The status of the item, which belongs to the warehouse.

Clearance

Indicates whether clearance from specific authorities is required for carrying out the preventive maintenance. The system displays  “Required” or “Not Required”.

Permit Type

The type of the permit required for carrying out the work order.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who defined the template.

Created Date

The date and time at which the template was defined.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the template.

Last Modified Date

The date and time at which the template was last modified.
