Cancel Inspection Order Generation – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to cancel or abort the inspection order generation process. You can retrieve the transactions that you wish to abort, by carrying out a search based on the following criteria:

• The transaction number that represents an inspection order generation process

• The date till which inspection orders must be generated

• The status of the transaction

• The inspection schedule based on which the inspection orders are generated

• The description of the inspection schedule

• The equipment or location for which the inspection schedule is created

• The type, category and priority of the inspection schedule

Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the details of the transactions in the multiline. You can select the transactions and abort them. The system stops the inspection order generation process for the selected transactions and sets the status of the transactions to “Cancelled”.
