Define Lubrication Chart – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to define a chart for carrying out lubrication jobs in a plant. A lubrication chart can be defined for equipment or location or on an inspection point on equipment or location.

You can search for the equipment or locations for which lubrication must be done. Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the equipment or location for which you can define a lubrication chart with the following details:

• The inspection point on the equipment or location for which lubrication must be done

• The initial date of lubrication and the time interval after which lubrication must be repeated

• The item that must be used for lubrication purposes, for example, the lubricant that is needed

• The work group that is responsible for carrying out the lubrication

• The task or procedure that must be performed as a part of the lubrication

• Any additional information about the lubrication job
