Viewing inspection schedule template

This page allows you to view the details of an existing inspection schedule template. Tell me more.

Select the “View Inspection Schedule Template” link in the “Select Inspection Schedule Template” page. Alternatively, click the hyperlinked inspection schedule template in the multiline of the same page.

The “View Inspection Schedule Template” page appears.

Enter the following field if you wish to view an inspection schedule template, other than the template entered in the previous page:

IS Template	The inspection schedule template to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 18).
	Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the inspection schedule template.

The system displays the following fields:

Status	The status of the inspection schedule template, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.
Desc.	The description of the inspection schedule template.
	Zoom facility available
Priority	The priority or the level of importance assigned to the inspection schedule template.
Work Group	The work group that is responsible for carrying out the inspection order.
Duration (Hrs.)	The number of hours required for the execution of the inspection order.
Lead Time (Days)	The lead-time, in days, required for carrying out the inspection order.
Type	The type of inspection schedule template.
Category	The category of inspection schedule template.
Execution Agency	The agency which must execute the inspection. The system displays any one of the following:
	Internal – Indicates that the agency that must execute the inspection is within the plant.
	External – Indicates that the agency that must execute the inspection is an outside agency.
Clearance	Indicates whether clearance from specific authorities is required for carrying out the inspection. The system displays either “Required” or “Not Required”.
Permit Type	The type of the permit required.
Eqp. Condition	The condition of the equipment based on which the inspection must be carried out. The system displays any one of the following:
	Online – Indicates that the task must be performed on the equipment when the equipment is in operation.
	Offline – Indicates that the task must be performed on the equipment when the equipment is not in operation, or is in the “Down” state.
	Not Applicable – Indicates that this task can be performed on equipment when it is either offline or online. Also indicates that the task can be performed on a location.

The system displays the following fields in the “Inspection Check List” multiline:

Parameter	The parameter for which inspection must be done.
Inspection Point	The inspection point on the equipment or location where inspection must be carried out.
Task / Proc. Code	The task or the procedure that must be carried out for the inspection.
Task / Proc. ?	Indicates if the code entered in the “Task/Proc. Code” field is a task or a procedure.
Spl. Tool	The tool that is required for carrying out the inspection.
Remarks	Any additional information about the inspection that must be done.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By	The login ID of the user who created the inspection schedule template.
Created Date	The date and time at which the inspection schedule template was created.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who last modified the inspection schedule template.
Last Modified Date	The date and time at which the inspection schedule template was last modified.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “Associated Schedules” link from the bottom of the page to view the inspection schedules that are created based on the template.
Select the “Fixed Schedules” link from the bottom of the page to view the fixed schedules of the inspection schedule template.
Select the “Interval Schedules” link from the bottom of the page to view the interval schedules of the inspection schedule template.
Select the “Off Season” link from the bottom of the page to view the period for which inspection need not be done on the equipment or location.

Viewing inspection schedule template – An overview
