Indicates if the code entered in the “Task/Proc. Code” field is a task or a procedure. |

Spl. Tool |
The tool that is required for carrying out the inspection. |

Remarks |
Any additional information about the inspection that must be done. |

The login ID of the user who created the inspection schedule template. |

The date and time at which the inspection schedule template was created. |

The login ID of the user who last modified the inspection schedule template. |

Select the “Fixed Schedules” link from the bottom of the page to view the fixed schedules of the inspection schedule template.
Select the “Interval Schedules” link from the bottom of the page to view the interval schedules of the inspection schedule template.
Select the “Off Season” link from the bottom of the page to view the period for which inspection need not be done on the equipment or location.
