View Failure Analysis Configuration – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view the details of the latest revision of the failure analysis configuration. The failure analysis configuration comprises the severity and occurrence ratings that have been defined for a particular base period. You can view the failure analysis configuration for a specific base period in the “View Failure Analysis Configuration” page. You can view the detectability and safety ratings defined for the equipment and for all the problems that occur on the equipment in the “View Detectability/Safety Ratings” page.
