Trouble Shooting Guide – An overview
Introduction
Trouble shooting guide business component facilitates the user to define standard trouble shooting guidelines for equipment, which can be referred to whenever a problem or failure is reported in the concerned equipment. This can be posted to the work order and the trouble shooting guide will provide the necessary tasks and standard procedure to be followed to correct the problem. You are also provided with the facility to group equipment having similar failure pattern in to a failure group and attach standard trouble shooting guides to the failure group.
