Create Quick Order – A summary of the activity
This activity allows you to create quick orders. A quick order is a document, which contains the information to carry out maintenance activities on equipment or a location and records the actual information of the work done. A quick order is created when there is a lack of sufficient time for raising work orders and for certain cases where planning and scheduling of work is not required.
A quick order can also be raised for a work that is already done. In such cases you can indicate the date on which the work order has started and the date on which the work order is completed. You can enter the details of the actual consumption of the resources for the work order that is already completed.
