This page allows you to record the actuals of the parts that are utilized for the execution of the work order. Tell me more.
Select the “Spare Parts Actuals” link from the bottom of the main page.
The “Spare Parts Actuals” page appears.
If you wish to record the parts utilized for a work order other than the work order selected in the previous page, enter the following field:
WO No. |
The work order for which you wish to record the parts that are utilized (Alphanumeric, 18). |
Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the work order. The description of the work order is displayed alongside. |

WO Status |
The status of the work order. |
Note: You can record the actuals for the parts utilized on a work order only when it is in the "Scheduled", "Deferred", "Interrupted", "In progress" or "Completed" status.
The system fills in the “Actuals On” drop-down list box with the tasks belonging to the work order and retrieves in the multiline the parts that are already specified for the work order.
Enter the following field:

Use the drop-down list box and select “Work Order”, to specify the parts that are utilized for the work order. If you wish to specify parts for the tasks belonging to the work order, select the appropriate task from the drop-down list box. The system displays “Work Order” by default. |
Note: You cannot specify actuals for a task that is in the “Fresh” status.
The system displays the following fields:

The maintainable object on which the work order is raised, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”. |
Code |
The identifier of the equipment or location. |
The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside. |

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order. |

The date on which the work order was scheduled to start. |

Act. Compl. Date |
The date and time at which the work order must be completed. |
Part Cost - Scheduled |
The scheduled cost of utilizing spare parts for the work order. |
Actual Parts Cost |
The actual cost of the consumed spare parts for the work order. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Spares and Consumables” multiline: |

Enter the following field:
Consumed Qty. |
The quantity of the spare part that is utilized for the execution of the work order (Decimal). Ensure that the quantity entered is not negative. Also ensure that the quantity entered here is less than or equal to the difference between the “Issued Qty.” and “Qty. Returned” fields. |
The system displays the following fields for a standard spare part: |

The quantity of the spare part that is returned to the Inventory. |
Pending Qty. |
The quantity that is pending. The system displays this field for a standard spare part as the difference between “Issued Qty.” and the sum of “Consumed Qty.” and “Qty. Returned” fields. The system displays this field only when you click the “Update” pushbutton. |
Warehouse |
The warehouse from which the spare part is issued. |
Item Status |
The status of the standard spare part as issued from the inventory. |
Posted Cost |
The cost of utilizing the non-standard spare part. |
Enter the following field for a non-standard spare part:
As of Date |
The date by which the quantity is utilized for the work order (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered is not later the current system date. If you leave the field blank, the system displays by default the current system date. |
Time |
The time by which the quantity is utilized for the work order (Date Format). Ensure that the time entered here is not later than the current system time. If you leave this field blank, the system displays by default the current system time. |
Click the “Update Actuals” pushbutton to specify the details of the spare parts that were utilized for the execution of the work order.
The system saves the parts actuals for the work order with the following details:
If the work order has already been initiated in the "Initiate Work Order" activity and if the actual start date entered in this activity is earlier than the actual start date entered in the "Initiate Work Order" activity, the system records the details of the actuals with the earlier date.
If the status of the task/work order was "Deferred" or "Scheduled", it changes to "In Progress" after the actuals are entered.
If the status of the task/work order was "Interrupted", the status changes to "In Progress" if the actuals are recorded for the task for a date later than the date on which the task was "Interrupted".
If the status of the task/work order was "Interrupted", the status remains as "Interrupted", if the actuals are recorded for the task for a date earlier than the date on which the task was interrupted.
The change in the work order status is recorded in the work order history.
The system records the details of the parts issued and consumed for every serial number of item that is issued.

Select the “Labor Actuals” link at the bottom of the page to record the actuals of the labor utilized for the execution of the work order.
Select the “Tools Actuals” link at the bottom of the page to record the actuals of the tools utilized for the execution of the work order.
Select the “Other Resources Actuals” link at the bottom of the page to record the actuals of the other resources utilized for the execution of the work order.
Select the “Transaction Details” link from the bottom of the page to view the transaction details of the standard spare parts utilized for the work order.
Select the “Lot/Serial No. Information” link from the bottom of the page to record the parts actuals in detail for every part that is utilized for carrying out the work order.

This page allows you to record the actuals of the parts that are utilized for the execution of the work order. You can record the part actuals for the work order selected in the previous page. You can also enter a work order in this page and record the actuals of the parts that are utilized for its execution. You can record the actuals of the parts that are utilized for the work order or for the tasks belonging to the work order.
You can record the part actuals by specifying the following details:
The number of standard spare parts that are utilized for the execution of the work order.
The date and time by which the spare parts are utilized for the work order.
You can also record the actuals of the non-standard spare parts that are utilized for the execution of the work order.

For standard spare parts
Enter the quantity of spare parts that are utilized in the “Consumed Qty.” field.
Enter the date and time by which the spare parts are consumed in the “As Of Date” and “Time” fields in the multiline.
Click the “Update Actuals” pushbutton.
For non-standard spare parts
Enter the description and the unit of measurement of the spare part in the “Description” and “UOM” fields in the multiline.
Enter the quantity of spare parts that is utilized in the “Consumed Qty.” field in the multiline.
Enter the cost of spare parts in the “Posted Cost” field.
Enter the date and time by which the spare parts are consumed in the “As Of Date” and “Time” fields in the multiline.
Click the “Update Actuals” pushbutton.
