The availability of the items that were already specified for the work order or task is checked in the inventory. In other words, a demand is generated for the work order or for every task that belongs to the work order.

If the items are not available, the system  posts this demand as a problem demand for the item.

If the status of the work order that is scheduled is already “Scheduled”, the system cancels the employee, tools and the other resources that are assigned to the work order. The system also modifies the demand for the items that are reserved for the work order and reserves the items based on the new start and the completion dates.
