This page allows you to view the scheduling details of a work order. Tell me more.

The “View Work Order Schedule” page appears.

WO No.

The work order for which you wish to view the scheduling details (Alphanumeric, 18).

 

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the work order.

The system displays the following field:

WO Status

The status of the work order, which can be “Scheduled”, “In Progress”, “Interrupted” and “Deferred”.

WO Date

The date on which the work order is created.

Desc.

The description of the work order.

 

Zoom facility available

WO Type

The type of the work order.

Category

The category of work order.

Parent WO

The parent work order.

The system displays the following fields in the “Sch.” group box:

Sch. Date

The date on which work on the work order must be started.

 

The time at which the corrective action has to be started on the work order.

Compl. Date

The date by which the work has to be completed.

 

The time by which the work has to be completed.

Sch. By

Indicates whether the work order is scheduled by “Work Order” or scheduled by “Task”.

Work Group

The work group that is expected to carry out the corrective action on the equipment or location for which the work order is being created.

Planning Group

The planning group that is responsible for carrying out work on the work order.

WO Priority

The priority of the work order.

Scheduling Remarks

Any additional information regarding the scheduling of the work order.

 

Zoom facility available

Supervisor

The employee who is responsible for supervising the execution of the work order.

WO Est. Duration

The duration of the work order.

The system displays the following fields in the “Eqp./Loc. Details” group box:

WO On

The maintainable object on which the work order is created. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location on which the work order is raised.

 

The description of the work order is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

Location

If the work order is being created for equipment, the system displays the location of the equipment. If the work order is being created for a location, the system displays the location that you have specified in the “Code” field.

Eqp./Loc. Criticality

The criticality of the equipment or location.

WO Est. Cost

The estimated cost of the work order.

The system displays the following details in the “Other Details” group box:

Authorized By

The employee who has authorized the work order.

Misc. Cost

Any extra cost that will be incurred on carrying out the work order.

Work Phone

Any contact information about the work order.

Clearance

Indicates whether clearance from production is required for carrying out the work order. The system displays either “Required” or “Not Required”.

Permit Type

The type of the permit that must be raised.

User Text 1

Any additional information about the work order.

The system displays the following fields in the “Task Details” multiline:

Procedure

The system displays the procedure that has been added in the work order.

Seq. No.

The order in which the task should be listed.

Task

The task that must be performed for carrying out the work order.

Desc.

The textual description for both routine and non-routine task.

Sch. Date

The date on which the task must be started.

Sch. Time

The time at which the task must be started.

Compl. Date

The date on which the task must be completed.

Compl. Time

The time at which the task must be completed.

Task Status

The status of the task, which can be “Fresh”, “Deferred”, “In-Progress”, “Interrupted” or “Completed”.

Est. Duration (Hrs.)

The number of hours required for the completion of the task.

Eqp. Condition

Indicates the condition of the equipment based on which the task must be performed. The system displays one of the following:

 
  • Online – Indicates that the task can be performed on the equipment when the equipment is in operation.

 
  • Offline – Indicates that the task must be performed on the equipment when the equipment is not in operation, or is in the “Down” state.

 
  • Not Applicable – Indicates that this task can be performed on equipment which is either offline or online. Also select this option when the task must be performed on a location.

Task Priority

The level of importance that is assigned to the task.

Supervisor

The employee who is responsible for supervising the execution of the task.

Task Type

The type to which the task belongs.

Est. Cost

The total estimated cost of performing the task.

Scheduling Remarks

Any additional information about scheduling the task.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the work order.

Created Date

The date and time of the creation of the work order.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the work order.

Last Modified Date

The date and time when the work order was last modified.

View WO Scheduling - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to view the scheduling details of a work order. You can view the scheduling details of a work order selected in the “Select Work Order” page. You can also directly enter a work order in this page and view its scheduling details. The system displays the following scheduling details of the work order:
