This page allows you to view the details of the company. You can select the code identifying the company for which you want to view the details. The system retrieves the details of the selected company. You can also view the corporate office details and the currency details of the company.
Select the “View Company” link at the bottom of the “View Company Structure” page.
The “View Company” page appears.
Enter the following field if required:

Company Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the company for which you want to view details. All the companies that have been created will be available for selection in the ascending order. |
Note: The system displays the details of the company selected in the “View Company Structure” page by default at the launch of the page.
The system displays the following:

Company Name |
The name identifying the company. |
|
Status |
The status of the company. It could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
|
Parent Company Code |
The code identifying the parent company. |
|
Parent Company Name |
The name of the parent company. |
|
Registration Date |
The date on which the company was registered with the statutory authorities of the country. |
|
Corporate Identity Number (CIN) |
The 21 digit Alphanumeric Unique Identity Number of the companies registered in India. |

Address |
The complete mailing address of the company. |

Zoom facility available |
|

City |
The city in which the company is located. |

State |
The state in which the company is located. |

The country in which the company is located. |

The zip code of the area in which the company is located. |

Phone |
The contact telephone number of the company along with the country code and the area code. |

The fax number of the company along with the country code and the area code. |

Telex |
The telex number of the company. |

URL |
The URL or the address of the company’s web site. |

Mail stop |
Mail stop ID of the company. |

Base Currency |
The code identifying the base currency of the company. |

Description |
The description of the base currency. |

Parallel Base Currency |
The code identifying the parallel base currency of the company. |

Description |
The description of the parallel base currency. |

Effective Date |
The date from which the parallel base currency is effective for the country. |

The login ID of the user who created the company. |

Created Date |
The date on which the company was created. |

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the company details. |

Last Modified Date |
The date on which the details of the company was last modified. |
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “View Registered Office Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the registered office.
Select the “View Permitted Currency” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the currency in which the company can transacted.
Select the “View Business Unit” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the business unit.
Select the “View Logistic Organization” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the logistics organization.
Select the "Attach Notes" link at the bottom of the page to record your observations.
Select the “Collaborate” link at the bottom of the page to record or to view the observations or comments or discussions regarding the document.
