The type of reference document referred by the receipt document. The different types of reference document are Purchase Order, Purchase RS, Subcontract Order, Subcontract RS, Goods Return Note and Sale Order. |

If the currency specified for the GR is different from the base currency, then the difference between them is defaulted. (Numeric, 15). If the GR is in base currency, then the exchange rate is 1(One). |

The sum of all TCD values attached with line item and that must be included in the item cost. That is sum of all TCD value for the line item mapped under the “Include in item” accounting rule |

The document level TCD value apportioned to the line item that are mapped under the “Include in item” accounting rule |
Purchase Value |
This is the sum of basic value, line TCD value (Add to Stock) and doc TCD value (Add to Stock) |
Std. Cost Value |
If the stock evaluation method of the item is "Standard Cost Method” the same is displayed as the product of standard cost and quantity |
If the standard costing method is applicable for the item then Std. Cost value = Std Cost * Quantity else Std. Cost Value = Basic value |

PPV |
This is the purchase price variance, which is the difference between the “Purchase Value” and the “Std Cost Value” |
PPV = Purchase Value – Std Cost Value |
Note: The accounting unit of the reference document is set as the default value for “Accounting Unit” field.
If the accounting unit of the reference document is not valid on the transaction date then “Blank” is set as the default value for the “Accounting Unit”
The “Accounting unit” must be active on the transaction date
Enter the following:
Accounting Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the Accounting Unit of the GR. The Accounting Unit is the finance book, which contains various accounts into which the financial entries pertaining to the transactions are maintained. The drop down lists all the finance books that are mapped to the Receipt OUs that are mapped to the GR Login OU. |
AC usage |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the Account Usage, which points to an Account Code where the financial postings will be done. The corresponding Account Code for the selected Account Usage would have been defined in the “Account Rule Definition” component in Finance. These account codes are mapped to the finance books mapped to the receipt OUs mapped to the login OU. “Blank” is set as the default value. This cannot be “Blank” if “Adhoc Item Class” has any value other than “None”. |
Note: The accounting unit of the reference document is set as the default value for “Accounting Unit” field.
If the accounting unit of the reference document is not valid on the transaction date then “Blank” is set as the default value for the “Accounting Unit”
The “Accounting unit” must be active on the transaction date
Note: The AC Usage of the reference document is set as the default value for “AC usage” field.
If the AC Usage of the reference document is not valid on the transaction date then “Blank” is set as the default value for the “AC Usage”
The “AC usage” must be existing, effective and active on the transaction date
Analysis Code |
The analysis code mapped to the Account code identified by the Account Rule Definition/ Account Usage. It is used for analysis purposes. (Alphanumeric, 5). |

Note: Analysis code cannot be blank if the item has more than one analysis code
Analysis code must exists and be effective and active on the transaction date
Sub Analysis Code |
The sub analysis code mapped to the Analysis code that is used for analysis purpose. (Alphanumeric, 5). |
Note: Sub-analysis code cannot be empty if one exists for “Analysis Code”

Click the “Specify Receipt Values” pushbutton to save the receipt value details to the receipt document
The GR is mapped to its accounting unit, analysis and sub analysis group
Click “Freeze Receipt” to save the receipt value details to the receipt document and freeze for further processing
If the “Freeze Receipt Level” is “Line” and the number of stages to do the freeze receipt is “Two” then line items whose status is “Fresh” is updated to “Value Frozen”, the line items whose status is “Quantity Frozen” is set to “Freeze Receipt”. The line status is set “Freeze Acceptance” if the inspection type of the line item is “None”
If the “Freeze Receipt Level” is “Line” and the number of stages to do the freeze receipt is “One” then selected line item status is set to “Freeze Receipt”. The line status is set “Freeze Acceptance” if the inspection type of the line item is “None”
The status of the document is set to “Quantity Frozen” if all the line items are in the “Quantity Frozen” state.
The status of the document is set to “Values Frozen” if all the line items are in the “Values Frozen” state
The status of the document is to “Partial Freeze Receipt” if the status of atleast one line item is “Freeze Receipt”
The status of the document is set to “Freeze Receipt” if all the line items are in the “Freeze Receipt” state.
The status of the document is to “Partial Freeze Acceptance” if the status of atleast one line item is “Freeze Acceptance” and all the other line items must be in the “Freeze Receipt” state
To proceed carry out the following:
Select the “Tax Calculation - Summary” at the bottom of page to specify the tax for the items in the receipt document
Select the “Specify Inspection Details” link at the bottom of the page to specify the Inspection Details of the goods received
Select the “Specify Movement Details” link at the bottom of the page to specify the movement details of the goods received
Select the “Attach Notes” link at the bottom of the page to Attach Notes
Specify Values Summary – An Overview
This page displays all the receipt details like the receipt number, receipt date, the type of the receipt document. This page also displays the reference document details like the type reference document, the reference document number, and the date of creation of the reference document.
The system displays the receipt document total value, additional charges of the receipt document which is the sum of all the line number TCD and document level TCD, the total TCD value added to the total value of the receipt document, the total value of the receipt document, the currency of the receipt document, the exchange rate of the receipt document, the total value of the receipt document in the base currency and the value of the items for which invoice has been generated.
The system displays the TCD details of the all items in the receipt document. You can map the values to a finance book , analysis code, sub analysis code and.
This page allows you to freeze the document either at the line level or at the document level. On freezing the status of the document is set “Freeze Receipt”.
