Financial Information

This activity allows you to specify . The various land details like the total amount paid, the land due amount, due date, miscellaneous charges, the documents related to the land can be specified.

Select the “Financial Information” hyperlink at the bottom of the “Land Master” activity.

The “Financial Information” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

The system displays the following details in the header.

Land Code	A unique code identifying the land for which the financial information has to be created.
Land Description	The detailed description of the land.
Status	The status of the land.

Enter the following detail in the header:

Party Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the party code. The combo is loaded with “All”, “Others” and the owner codes as defined in the Owner Details tab of the Land Master activity.

The system displays the following details in the header.

Currency	The currency in which the land is transacted.
Total Amount Due	The total due amount of the land yet to be paid.
Total Paid Amount	The total paid amount for the land.
Remarks	Any remarks regarding the payment of the land.

Enter the following details in the multiline:

S.No.	A ~~The~~ unique identification number for the land code.
Code	Use the drop-down list box to select the land code related to the party code. The combo is loaded with codes as defined in the “Maintain Item Categories”.
Description	The detailed description of the land code. (Display Only)
Payable	Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the payable is applicable to the land or not. The combo is loaded with “Yes” and “No”.

The system displays the following details in the multiline.

Party Code	The unique code identifying the owner of the land.
Name	The owner name of the land.

Note: The fields “Party Code” and “Name” are visible only when the “Party Code” is set as “All”.

Enter the following details in the multiline:

Due Date	The date on which the amount must be repaid.
Amount Due	The total amount must be repaid.
Misc. Charges	Indicates the miscellaneous charges spent for the land.
Paid Amount	The total paid amount for the land.
Applicable For Brokerage	Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the brokerage is applicable for the land or not. The combo is loaded with “Yes” and “No”.
Ref.Doc.OU	Use the drop-down list box to select the reference document organization unit (OU) of the land. The combo is loaded with all OU’s and Blank. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page.
Ref.Doc.No	The unique number identifying the reference document of the specified land code.
Comments	Any comments pertaining to the financial details of the land.

Click the “Save Details” push button to save the financial information of the land.

The system saves the financial information of the respective land code.
