Specify Parking Information

This page allows you to specify the parking information for a scheme. The system retrieves the property details like property number, parking type, property status and area in the multiline based on the selected header information.

Select the “Specify Parking Information” link at the bottom of the “List Of Properties” page.

The “Specify Parking Information” page appears.

The system displays the following in the header:

Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme.
Scheme Name	The name of the scheme.

Select the following details in the header:

Floor	The number identifying the floor of the property.
Block	The block name of the property.
Tower	The tower name of the property.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the property details in the multiline.
Enter the following details in the “Property Details” multiline:

Property No	A unique number identifying the property.
Parking Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the type of parking.

The system displays the following in the “Property Details” multiline:

Property Status

The status of the property. The status can be “Leased”, “Hold”, “Free” and “Deleted”.

Enter the following details in the “Property Details” multiline:

Area

The parking area of the property.

Note: At lease one row should be selected in the multiline.

Click the “Save Details” button to save (create/modify) the parking information.
