List Of Properties

This page allows you to define the list of properties for a scheme. In this page, you can modify the property details like property number, floor, block, tower, unit, configuration, parking type and property status. You can specify the original area which cannot be modified for leased/sold/reserved properties.

Select the “List Of Properties” link at the bottom of the “Scheme Master” activity.

The “List Of Properties” page appears.

The system displays the following in the header:

Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme.
Scheme Name	The name of the scheme.

Modify the following details in the “Scheme Details” multiline:

Property No	A unique number identifying the property. Mandatory if the scheme type is sales and malls.
Floor	The number identifying the floor of the property.
Block	The block name of the property.
Tower	The tower name of the property.
Unit	The unit name of the property.
Property Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the type of property.
Configuration	The configuration details of the property. The configurations can be 2BH or 3BH +S as defined in categories master – configuration.
Parking Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the type of parking.
Property Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the property. The combo is loaded with the options “Leased”, “Hold”, “Free” and “Deleted”. The system displays “Leased” as default on launch of the page.
Land lord share	Use the drop-down list box to specify if the landlord has a share or not. The combo is loaded with “No” and “Yes”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page.
Reason for Hold	Use the drop-down list box to specify the reason for hold. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page.
Original Area	The original area of the property. Mandatory
Plot Area	The plot area of the property.

Note: The original area cannot be modified for leased/sold/reserved properties.

The system displays the following in the “Scheme Details” multiline:

Revised Area

The revised area of the property.

Modify the following details in the “Scheme Details” multiline:

No of Parkings	The parking slots available for the scheme.
UOM	The units of measurement of the area like SqFt, SqM, acres, SqYrd & Nos. Mandatory
Remarks	Any comments or additional information regarding the property area details.
Tentative Area	The tentative area of the property.
Terrace Area	The terrace area of the property.

Note: At lease one row should be selected in the multiline.

Click the “Save Details” button to save (create/modify) the list of properties for the scheme.
