Stock Ageing Report
This report allows you to view the stock ageing information for a specified time bucket for the stock at BU, OU or Warehouse level. You can specify the item type or item category for which the stock ageing report is to be viewed. You can also directly specify the range of item codes for which the report is to be viewed. This report is launched for Lot, Serial and Non Lot/Serial Controlled items.
Select the “Stock Ageing Report” link under the “Inventory Reports” business component.
The “Stock Ageing Report” page appears.
Enter the following field details in the “Selection Criteria” group box:
Ageing Report For |
Use the drop-down list box to select the level at which you want to view the stock ageing report. The options available in the drop-down list box are “Warehouse”, “OU” and “BU”. The system displays “OU” as the default value on launch of the page. |
Item Selection |
Use the drop-down list box to select whether the items for which you want to view the stock ageing report is based on “Item Type” or “Item Category”. The system displays “Item Type” as the default value on launch of the page. |
Enter the following in “Item Type Selection” group box:
Finished Goods |
Check this box if you want to view “Stock Ageing Report” for the items of Item type “Finished Goods” alone. |
Intermediate |
Check this box if you want to view “Stock Ageing Report” for the items of Item type “Intermediate” alone. |
Raw Material |
Check this box if you want to view “Stock Ageing Report” for the items of Item type “Raw Material” alone. |
Component |
Check this box if you want to view “Stock Ageing Report” for the items of Item type “Component” alone. |
Spares |
Check this box if you want to view “Stock Ageing Report” for the items of Item type “Spares” alone. |
Scrap |
Check this box if you want to view “Stock Ageing Report” for the items of Item type “Scrap” alone. |
Tool |
Check this box if you want to view “Stock Ageing Report” for the items of Item type “Tool” alone. |
Utility |
Check this box if you want to view “Stock Ageing Report” for the items of Item type “Utility” alone. |
Pack |
Check this box if you want to view “Stock Ageing Report” for the items of Item type “Pack” alone. |
Consumable |
Check this box if you want to view “Stock Ageing Report” for the items of Item type “Consumable” alone. |
Phantom |
Check this box if you want to view “Stock Ageing Report” for the items of Item type “Phantom” alone. |
Capital |
Check this box if you want to view “Stock Ageing Report” for the items of Item type “Capital” alone. |
Container |
Check this box if you want to view “Stock Ageing Report” for the items of Item type “Container” alone. |
Note: If the Item Selection is selected as ‘Item Type’ all check boxes will be checked by default.

Enter the following details in “Search Criteria” group box:
Warehouse Code |
The code identifying the warehouse. |

Enter the following details in the “Report Options” group box:
Required Age in Days (1) |
The required age of the stock in days for the first time bucket |
Required Age in Days (2) |
The required age of the stock in days for the second time bucket. |
Required Age in Days (3) |
The required age of the stock in days for the third time bucket. |
Note: If none of the required ages are specified then the default time buckets will be 30, 60 and 90
Expiry Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select whether to display either expired or yet to expire lots. The combo is loaded with the values as “All”, “Expired” and “Not Expired”. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Print” pushbutton to view the stock ageing report.
