Inventory Reports – An overview

Introduction

Inventory report facilitates generation of inventory reports and analysis of inventory transactions carried out over a period of time. Inventory report can be generated based on Warehouse, Organization Unit (OU), Business unit (BU) or Cost Center. Reports can also be generated based on Item type, Item group or Item category.

• Provision to generate reports based on certain filter criteria.

• Provision to generate reports based on the inventory transactions like Adjustment List, Issue List, Material Request, Stock Transfer, Receipt list etc.

• Provision to generate analysis report based on Past consumption, Future estimation and Inventory turnover ratio to study inventory usage and cost incurred.

• Provision to generate inventory value summary report as on Date or for a particular financial period.

• Provision to generate consumption analysis on a specific cost center and analysis on stock discrepancy based on physical count.
