This page is used to search and select a lease number whose details are to be viewed.
Select the “View Lease” activity under the “Leasing” business component.
The “Select Document” page appears.
- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help
page of the respective field.
Enter the following in the “Search Details” group box:

Lease No From |
The starting number in the range of lease numbers from which the lease details are fetched for viewing. |

Lease No To |
The ending number in the range of lease numbers until which the lease details are fetched for viewing. |
|
Lease Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the lease type by which the lease details are fetched for viewing. The combo is loaded with options “Mall” and “Corporate”. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the lease number by which the lease details are fetched for viewing. |
|
Lease Category |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the lease category by which the lease details are fetched for viewing. The combo is loaded with options defined for the Category – Lease Category in “Maintain Categories” activity. |

Scheme Code |
The code identifying the scheme by which the lease details are fetched for viewing. |
|
Scheme Name |
The name of the scheme by which the lease details are fetched for viewing. |
|
Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer by which the lease details are fetched for viewing. |
|
Customer Name |
The name of the customer by which the lease details are fetched for viewing. |
|
Property No |
The number identifying the property by which the lease details are fetched for viewing. |
The system displays the following in the header:

Approval Note No |
The approval note number corresponding to the lease number. |
Enter the following in the “Search Details” group box:

Term Sheet No |
The term sheet number corresponding to the lease number by which the lease details are fetched for viewing. |
Click the “Search” button to retrieve the details in the multiline.
The system displays the following in the “Search Result” multiline:

The code identifying the lease whose details are to be viewed. |

Data hyperlink available launches the “View Lease” page to view the lease details. |

Lease Type |
Indicates the type of lease. |

Status |
The status of the lease number. |

Commencement date |
The commencement date of the lease. |

Expiry Date |
The expiry date of the lease. |

Scheme Code |
The code identifying the scheme of the lease. |

Scheme Name |
The name of the scheme. |
|
Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer who has taken the property on lease. |
|
Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |

Property |
The number identifying the property on lease. |
|
Total Lease Amount |
The total lease amount. |

Approval Note No |
The approval note number corresponding to the lease number. |

Term Sheet No |
The term sheet number corresponding to the lease number. |

Remarks |
Any remarks regarding the lease. |

Select the “View Brokerage Details” link to view the brokerage details of the lease.
Select the “View Deposit/Advance Schedule” link to view the deposit/advance schedule details.
Select the “View Bank Guarantee Information” link to view the bank guarantee details of the customer.
