Using online help

This activity allows you to view the substitute items defined for the input items of formulae. You can view the substitute item details for each item. When an item used in a formula is not available, its substitute item can be used. Substitute items are valid items existing in the inventory. You can view the substitutes at the formula or default level. The default level defines the substitute items across all formulae, whereas the formula level is restricted to specific formulae.

The “View Item Substitutes” page appears.
