Review Sample Results – An overview

Activity overview

You can search the required request number using the search criteria provided. Based on the search criteria, the system displays the details of all the request numbers in the multiline.

The details of the requests that are of type “In-Process”, the results of which could be used for final clearance, or of type “Quality Clearance” are alone retrieved and displayed in the multiline. If the request has, say, 10 samples out of which only 5 are recorded in the “Record Inspection Details” page, the system displays the actual sample status of the 5 samples that were measured, and for the 5 samples that were not recorded, the sample status is displayed as “Ignore”.

The user is allowed to override the system suggested status by revising the status. However, if the sample status is “Ignore”, the user cannot revise it to “Accepted” or “Rejected”.
