Final Clearance Feedback – An overview
The final result is based on the status of the attributes, which could be “Accepted” or “Rejected”.
In case of quantitative attributes, the attribute result is calculated based on the return type selected. If the return type is “Mean”, all the attribute values will be taken into consideration and final value will be arrived by adding all the values and diving the sum by the number of values. If the return type is “Median”, then the values will be arranged as an ordered set and the middle value will give the required result, if the number of values is odd. If the number of values is even, then the average of the two middle numbers is considered as the final value. If the return type is “Maximum”, the maximum value of all the attribute values is the final value. And similarly, if “Minimum” is the return type of the attribute, then the minimum of all the attribute values is the final value.
If the attribute is qualitative, the attribute result is determined depending on the measured attribute value. If this value belongs to the set of acceptable qualitative values, then the attribute status is “Accepted”. Otherwise the status is “Rejected”.
