Using online help

This page allows you to specify the issues and risk details of the project. You can specify the project code and enter issues and risk details separately.  The issue details such as the title, description, status, resolution, initiated by, assigned to, etc., can be maintained.  The risk details such as the title, description, status, mitigation plan, initiated by, assigned to, etc., can be maintained.

The Specify Issues and Risks page appears.

The system displays the following details in the Project Details group box:

Status

The status of the project / sub project.  The status of the project can be Shortclosed,  Closed, Deleted, Approved, Fresh and Draft

Project Code

The unique code identifying the project.  (Alphanumeric, 70).

 

Help facility available.

The system displays the following details in the Project Details group box.

Project Name

The name of the project.

Project Type

The type of the project.

Project Manager

The name of the project manager.

Revision No.

The unique number identifying the revision number.

Revision Date

The date on which the project was revised.

There are two tabs displayed namely Risks and Issues.

To proceed, carry out the following:

The system displays the following in the Data History group box:

Created By

The login ID of the person who created the issue and risk details.

Created Date

The date and time on which the issue and risk details was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the person who modified the issue and risk details.

Last Modified Date

The date and time  on which the issue and risk details was lastly modified.
