Task Summary Detail

This page allows you to enter the project or subproject code and retrieve the project details, Map WBS line Item, & generate SCO. You can refine the search process by selecting the task group, subcontract, from WBS line item and to WBS line item.

Select the Task Summary link at the bottom of "Project - Task Mapping" page.

The Task Summary Detail page appears.

The system displays the following details in the group box:

Status

The status of the project. The status of the project can be Shortclosed, Closed, Deleted, Approved, Inprogress.

Enter the following details in the group box:

Proj./Sub Proj. Code	The unique code identifying the project or sub project. Mandatory On press of the Enter key the system retrieves the project details according to the project code entered here.
	Help facility available.

The system displays the following details in the group box:

Proj./Sub Proj. Name	The name of the project or subproject.
Revision No.	The unique number identifying the revision.
Parent Project Code	The unique code identifying the parent project.
Parent Project Name	The name of the parent project.

Enter the following details in the group box:

Task Group	Use the drop-down list box to select the task group. The task groups defined in the Project - Task Mapping page gets populated here.
Sub Contract	Use the drop-down list box to select the subcontract values. The subcontract values defined in the Project-Task Mapping page gets populated here.
From WBS Line Item	Use the drop-down list box to select the WBS Line item. The starting WBS Line item to be searched.
To WBS Line Item	Use the drop-down list box to select the WBS line item. The ending WBS Line item till which it has to be searched.

Click the "Search" pushbutton to search the details according to the given search criteria(s).
