Generate Material Request

Select the “Generate Material Request” activity under the “Project Detailing” business component.

The “Generate Material Request” page appears.

Enter the following details in the header:

From Project Code	The project code from which you want to retrieve the details.
To Project Code	The project code up to which you want to retrieve the details.
From WBS ID	The WBS ID range from which you want to retrieve the details.
To WBS ID	The WBS ID range up to which you want to retrieve the details.

Click the "Search" pushbutton to fetch the details.

The system displays the following details in the “Results” multiline.

Project Code	The unique code that identifies the project.
Project Name	The name of the project.
Currency	The materials budget currency.
Materials Budget	The value of the materials budget for the project.
Project Manager	The name of the project manager.
No of MRs raised	The number of authorized material request raised for the project.
No of Inventory Issues	The number of inventory issues raised for the project.
No of Inventory Returns	The number of inventory returns made against the project.

Note: The “No of MRs raised”, “No of Inventory Issues” and “No of Inventory Returns” is displayed as hyperlinks. Clicking on the respective hyperlinks launches the Specify Reference Document activity.

To proceed

Select the “Material Requirement Details” link at the bottom of the page to generate the material request for the selected project.
