Select the “Generate WO” activity under the “Project Detailing” business component.
The “Generate WO” page appears.
Enter the following details in the header:

From Project Code |
The project code from which you want to retrieve the details for generating a work order. |

To Project Code |
The project code up to which you want to retrieve the details for generating a work order. |
|
From WBS ID |
The WBS ID range from which you want to retrieve the details for generating a work order. |
|
To WBS ID |
The WBS ID range to which you want to retrieve the details for generating a work order. |
|
Show Line Items |
Check this box, to view the detailed material requirements in the search results multiline. |
Click the "Search" pushbutton to fetch the details.
The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

Project Code |
The unique code that identifies the project. |
|
Project Name |
The name of the project. |
|
WOs Already Raised |
The number of authorized transactions which have been raised for the project. |
If Show Line Items is checked
The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

The unique code that identifies the project. |

Project Name |
The name of the project. |
|
WBS ID |
The unique work break down structure id. |
|
Task Code |
The task code applicable for the WBS ID. |

Item Code |
The unique item code mapped to the task. |

Variant Code |
The unique variant code of the item mapped to the task. |

The Item variant description |

Total Requirement |
The total requirement of the material. |
