Project Execution - Component Overview

Introduction

This component allows you to break down the entire project to finer elements called tasks, billable milestone reporting & invoice generation, project’s review and project's closure. Breaking down the project to tasks helps in monitoring the project implementation easily. Each billing milestone that has been completed can be recorded and invoice can be generated.  The Review activity helps in conducting periodic review of the project & records the review proceedings also serving as learning’s for future projects. Project closure activity allows you to Close Projects. This closure process will block usages of those Project Codes from all transactions.
