Direct Resource Allocation – A summary of the activity

Throughout this activity a Project Manager of the project can perform

• Employee - Task Mapping

• Miscellaneous Activity Mapping

• Slab Rate

The Project Code, Project Manager and the Login User id should be same. The project managers maps employees to the respective projects. Those employees mapped to a project can only book time against the respective project – WBS ID / Activity mapped for the given date range.

Based on the allocation, the employees can book the time against both project task as well as general task. Subsequently the time bookings can be authorized by the assigned supervisor. The manager can define slab wise rate against a Resource for a specific date range. Resource value is calculated based on the slab rate during timesheet reporting.
