Schedule - Construction Cost

This page helps you to specify the actual construction cost details of the project. The system displays the project code, project name, status, saleable area, built up area, category, sub category, per square feet cost of the land. You can specify the actual construction cost incurred for the project. You can also specify any remarks pertaining to the project. The system calculates the Total Construction Cost amount for the project.
Select the “Schedule - Construction Cost” hyperlink at the bottom of the page.
The “Schedule - Construction Cost” page appears.
The system displays the following details in the header.

A unique code identifying the project. |

Project Name |
The name of the project. |

Review No |
The number of times the project has been reviewed. |

Status |
The status of the project. The status can be “Under Amendment”. |
|
Saleable Area |
The saleable area of the land. |
|
Built – up Area |
The built up area of the land. |
The system displays the following details in the Development & Construction Cost Details multiline.

Category |
The category of the project development and construction cost. |
|
Sub-Category |
The sub category of the project development and construction cost. |
