This page allows you to view certain schedules in which the items will be delivered to the customers. In this screen, the schedules and the quantity that is delivered in that particular schedules are mentioned along with the warehouse code where the goods are stored.
Select “Schedules” link at the bottom of the “View RFQ Details”.
The “View Schedules” page appears.
The system displays the status of the RFQ.
The system displays the following:

RFQ No. |
The Unique identification number of the Request for Quotation. |
Enter the following in the “Item Details” group box:

Line No. |
Unique identification number of the line, which represents an item. |
The system displays the following:

Item Code |
Code or identification number of the item, which is assigned for an item. |

Variant Code |
The name of the variant that is associated with an item code. |
|
Desc. |
Description stating the nature of the variant. |
|
Qty. |
The Quantity of the items that are going to be scheduled. |
|
UOM |
The Unit Of Measure in which the items are measured. |
|
Receipt At |
The name of the place where the customer receives the goods. |
|
Drop Ship |
The Drop ship details where the items are directly delivered to the customer’s place. |

Drop Ship ID |
The Drop ship details where the items are directly delivered to the customer’s place. |
The system displays the following in the “Schedule Details” multiline:

Schedule No. |
Unique identification number assigned for the schedule is displayed. |

Need Date |
The Date in which the goods are required for consumption. |
|
Schedule Quantity |
The Quantity that is scheduled for delivery is mentioned. |

Warehouse Code |
Code or identification number of the warehouse in which the goods are stored. |
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the "Quality Attributes" at the bottom of the page to view the attributes associated with the item.
Select the “Purchase Requests” at the bottom of the page to view the coverage done by the RFQ against the purchase requests.
