This page allows you to view the quality attributes for the line items in the Purchase Request (PR). Tell me more.
Click on the “View Quality Attributes” link at the bottom of the “View Delivery Schedule & Usage” page.
The “View Quality Attributes” page appears.
The system displays the following fields in the header:
Status |
The status of the PR |
The system displays the following in the “PR Details” group box
PR No. |
The purchase request number for which the quality parameters are specified for the Items. |
Enter the following field in the Header:
PR Line No. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the Line number of the Purchase Request, for which the Quality Parameters are to be specified. The drop-down lists all the line number of the items available in the purchase request |
The system displays the following fields in the “Item Details” group box

The unique code identifying the line item |
Variant Code |
The variant code of the item |
Item Revision No. |
The revision number if the Item has been revised. |
Desc. |
The textual description of the Item. |
UOM |
The unit of measurement of the item |
Required Qty. |
The number of units of the item required |
Remarks |
The remarks if any, pertaining to the line item |
Quality Attribute |
The quality attribute pertaining to the line item (None or Standard) |
The system displays the following fields in the multiline:
Attribute Code |
The unique code of the attribute set for the item code in Item component. |

The unit of measurement of the Item. |

Required Min Value |
Required minimum value of the Attribute. |

For example if pipes with a minimum of 1 ½ inch are acceptable. Then 1 1/2 is assigned to the required min value |

Required Max Value |
Required maximum value of the Attribute. |
||
For example if pipes with a maximum of 3 inch are acceptable. Then 3 is assigned to the required max value |

Standard Value |
The standard value of the Attribute. |

For example the pipes which are 2 inches wide are the standard size accepted then the standard value is assigned the value of 2 inches |

Description of the Attribute. |

Attribute Type |
Type of the Attribute. This can be “Quantitative” or “Qualitative”. |

Attribute Min Value |
Minimum value set for the Attribute in Inventory. This is applicable only when the attribute type is “Quantitative” |

Attribute Max Value |
Maximum value set for the Attribute in Inventory. This is applicable only when the attribute type is “Quantitative” |

Standard Value |
Standard value of the Item Attribute defined in Inventory. This will be Qualitative value if the Attribute Type is “Qualitative” or Quantitative value is the Attribute Type is “Quantitative”. |

Option indicating whether item will be trackable based on the attribute value across documents |

To Proceed carry out the following
Click on the “View Budget and Proposal Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the Budget details of the Items in Purchase Request. If the Purchase Request is of type is “Capital” the Proposal details for the Items can be viewed here.
Click on the “View Drop ship Address” link at the bottom of the page to view the drop ship address details if the Purchase Request is of type “Drop ship”.
Click on the “View PO- PR Coverage” link at the bottom of the page to view the coverage details of the Purchase Request.
View Quality Parameters – An Overview
The page displays the PR number,. On giving the PR line number, the system displays all the item details such as the item code, variant of the item, description of the item, the quantity of item required from the supplier and the unit of measurement of the line item. In case of a PR having Adhoc items this page need not be visited.
This page allows you to view both quantitative and qualitative parameters for the items. You can view the minimum, maximum and the standard attribute value attached to the line item.
