This is a bulk printing facility for notes like “Supplier Item-based Note”, “Supplier Account-based Note” and “Supplier Transfer Notes”. Tell me more.
Select the “Print Note” link under the “Reports – Payables Management” business component.
The “Print Note” page appears.
Company Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the company in which the notes have been raised. All the companies that are in the “Active” status and have been mapped to the login organization unit will be available for selection. |
Business Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the business unit in which the notes have been raised. All the business units that are in the “Active” status and have been mapped to the selected company will be available for selection. |
Org. Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the organization from which the notes have been raised. All the organization units that form part of the selected business unit and which are mapped to all the payables management components will be available for selection. |
Print Note Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of note that you want to print. You can select from “Account Based Note”, “Item Based Note” or “Transfer Note”. The system displays “Account Based Note” by default on launch of the page. |
Note Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of note that you want to print. You can select from “Debit” and “Credit” note. The system displays “Debit” be default on the launch of the page. |
Note: If “Account Based Note” or “Item Based Note” is selected from the “Print Note Type”, the “Note Type” must be loaded with “Debit” or “Credit”.
Finance Book |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the finance book in which the notes that you want to print have been posted. All the “Posting” finance books that have been mapped to the selected organization unit will be available for selection. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |
Note No. From |
The starting number in the range of note numbers that you want to print (Alphanumeric, 18). The note number entered in this field must be before the number entered in the “To” field. |

The ending number in the range of note numbers that you want to print (Alphanumeric, 18). The note number entered in this field must be after the number entered in the “Note No. From” field. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the notes that you want to print. You can select from "Fresh", "Authorized", "Partially Paid", "Held", "Fully Paid", "Reversed" or "All". The system displays “Fresh” by default on launch of the page. |
Note: Only “Fresh”, “Draft” and “Authorized” will be available for selection if “Transfer Note” is selected in the “Print Note Type” field.
Note Date From |
The starting date in the date range during which the notes that you want to print have been created (Date Format). |
Note: Values must be entered in this field only if “Account Based Note” or “Item Based Note” is selected in the “Print Note Type” field.

The ending date in the date range during which the notes that you want to print have been created (Date Format). The system date is displayed by default on launch of the page. |

Currency |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the currency in which the notes that you want to print have been raised. All the currencies that have been defined in the “Account Rule Definition” business component will be available for selection. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |
Note Amount From |
The starting amount in the range of note amounts for which the notes that you want to print have been raised (Decimal). The amount entered in this field must be greater than zero. The amount entered in this field must be lesser than or equal to the amount entered in the “To” field. |

The name identifying the supplier (Alphanumeric, 25). |

The ending code in the range of codes identifying the suppliers for whom you want to print notes (Alphanumeric, 18). |
Entry Point Page |
Select the check box to print the entry point page once in the report. |
Click the “Print Note” pushbutton to print the notes.
The system displays the notes based on the search criteria entered. The notes can be printed.
You can search by selecting the company, the corresponding business unit and the corresponding finance book for which you want to view note. You can select the print note type, the note type and the finance book for which you want to view the note. You can also search by specifying a range of codes identifying the suppliers for whom you want to view the note. You can also specify a range of numbers, dates and amounts identifying the note that you want to print. You can also specify the supplier name and select the transaction type for which you want to view the note. The system retrieves the note based on the search criteria entered.
