Select the “Print Supplier Receipts” link under the “Reports – Payables Management” business component.
The “Print Supplier Receipts” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Company Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the company in which the receipts that you want to print have been raised. All the companies that are in the “Active” status and have been mapped to the login organization unit will be available for selection. |
Business Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the business unit in which the receipts that you want to print have been raised. All the business units that are in the “Active” status and have been mapped to the selected company will be available for selection. |
Created At |
Use the drop-down list box to select the organization unit in which the supplier documents have been created. All the organization units in which the “Payables Management” business components have been deployed will be available for selection. |
Receipt Route |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the route in which the receipt that you want to print has been raised. All the receipt routes defined in the “Bank / Cash Definition” component will be available for selection. The system displays “All” by default on the launch of the page. |
Receipt Mode |
Use the drop-down list box to select the mode in which the receipt that you want to print has been raised. All the receipt modes defined in the “Bank / Cash Definition” component will be available for selection. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |
Bank/Cash Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the bank / cash in which the receipt that you want to print has been raised. All the bank codes and cash codes that are in the active status and which has been defined in the “Bank / Cash Definition” component will be available for selection. |
Supplier Code From |
The starting code in the range of codes identifying the suppliers for whom the receipts that you want to print have been raised (Alphanumeric, 18). |
To |
The ending code in the range of codes identifying the suppliers for whom the receipts that you want to print have been raised (Alphanumeric, 18). |
Currency |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the currency in which the receipts that you want to print have been raised. All the currency codes that have been assigned to the login company will be available for selection. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |
Receipt No. From |
The starting number in the range of numbers identifying the receipt that you want to print has been raised (Alphanumeric, 18). The number entered in this field must be lesser than the number entered in the “To” field. |
To |
The ending number in the range of numbers identifying the receipt that you want to print have been raised (Alphanumeric, 18). The number entered in this field must be greater than the number entered in the “Receipt No. From” field. |
Finance Book |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the finance book for which the receipts that you want to print have been raised. All the finance books that have been deployed in the company will be available for selection. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |
Receipt Amount From |
The starting amount in the range of amounts for which the receipts that you want to print have been raised (Decimal). The amount entered in this field must be greater than zero. |
Note: The amount entered in this field must be lesser than the amount entered in the “To” field.
To |
The ending amount in the range of amounts for which the receipts that you want to print have been raised (Decimal). The amount entered in this field must be greater than zero. |
Note: The amount entered in this field must be greater than the amount entered in the “Pay Amount From” field.
User ID |
The login ID of the user who raised the receipts that you want to print (Alphanumeric, 15). The system displays the login ID of the user by default on launch of the page. |
Receipt Date From |
The starting date in the date range during which the receipts that you want to print have been raised (Date Format). The date entered in this field must be before the date entered in the “To” field. |
To |
The ending date in the date range during which the receipts that you want to print have been raised (Date Format). The system date is displayed by default on launch of the page. The date entered in this field must be later than the date entered in the “Receipt Date From” field. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the receipt. You can select from “Adjusted”, “Authorized”, “Deleted”, “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Held”, “Partly Adjusted”, “Returned” and “All”. |
Doc. Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the document for which the receipts that you want to print have been raised. You can select from “Fresh”, “Deleted”, “Authorized”, “Held”, “Reversed”, “To be Reversed” and “All”. The system displays “All” by default on the launch of the page. |
Instrument Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the instrument for which the receipts that you want to print have been raised. You can select from “All”, “Bounced” and “Realized”. The system displays “All” by default on the launch of the page. |
Entry Point Page |
Select the check box to print the entry point page on the first page of the report. |
Click the “Print Supplier Receipts” pushbutton to print the supplier receipts.
The system retrieves the report based on the search criteria entered. This report can be printed.
Print Supplier Receipts – An overview
Based on the selection criteria opted by the user, the receipt documents can be printed along with the company logo and status. You can search by selecting the company and the corresponding business unit for which you want to view the report. You can also search by selecting the receipt route, the receipt mode and the bank cash code. You can specify a range of codes identifying the suppliers for whom you want to view the report. You can specify a range of numbers, amounts and dates identifying the receipts for which you want to view the report. You can also select the currency in which you want to view the report. You can also select the statues identifying the document and the instrument to view the report. The system retrieves the report based on the search criteria entered.
