Consolidated Supplier Customer Statement
This page allows you to view the Consolidated supplier Customer balances for the supplier for whom customer code is associated. This page allows you to view the Report of Parties, who is a supplier as well as Customer.
Select the “Consolidated Supplier Customer Statement” activity under the “Reports - Payable Management” business component.
The “Consolidated Supplier Customer Statement” page appears.
The system displays the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Company Code |
The login OU’s Company code. |
Finance Book |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the finance book for which you want to view the Consolidated supplier Customer Statement report. All the finance books that have been deployed in the company for which the login user is mapped will be available for selection. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |
Party Type |
Use the Drop down list box to select the Party Type. The values would be Supplier and Customer. The combo defaulted with supplier. |
Supplier Group |
Use the drop-down list box to select the supplier group for which you want to view the statement. All the supplier group codes that have been defined for the selected Finance Book will be available for selection. |
Supplier Code From |
The starting code in the range of codes identifying the suppliers for whom you want to view the statement report (Alphanumeric, 18). |
Supplier Code To |
The ending code in the range of codes identifying the suppliers for whom you want to view the statement report (Alphanumeric, 18). |
Customer Group |
Use the drop-down list box to select the Customer group for which you want to view the statement. All the Customer group codes that have been defined for the selected Finance Book will be available for selection. |
Customer Code From |
The starting code in the range of codes identifying the Customers for whom you want to view the statement report (Alphanumeric, 18). |
Customer Code To |
The ending code in the range of codes identifying the Customers for whom you want to view the statement report (Alphanumeric, 18). |
Note: If the Party Type is supplier, then Supplier Group, Supplier Code From and To controls will be visible. If the Party Type is Customer, then Customer Group, Customer Code From and To controls will be visible.
Currency Option |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of currency in which you want to view the statement report. You can select from “Base”, “Transaction” or “Parallel Base”. |
As On Date |
The date on which you want to view the statement report (Date Format). |
Note: If As on Date is earlier than the system date, then the check box ‘Include Post Dated Payments’ cannot be checked.
If the As on Date is earlier than the system date and the check box ‘Include Post Dated Payments’ is not checked , then all the post dated transactions with pay date as equal to or earlier than the As on Date will alone be considered for the report.. The Post Dated documents with pay date greater than the As On Date will not be considered.
Language |
Use the drop-down list box top to select the Reporting language in which you want to view the statement. |
Include Post Dated Documents |
Check the box to include the Post Dated Transactions. |
Click the “View Supplier Customer Statement” pushbutton to view the supplier Customer statement report.
The system retrieves the supplier customer statement report based on the search criteria entered. This report can be printed.
