Reports Receivable Management – An overview

Introduction

Reports, an integral part of any business environment is essential for different analysis purposes. Sometimes, it is essential for statutory purposes also. Basically there are three types of Reports.

Online reports are those, which are required to support the day-to-day business operations. A frontline business user at the point of performing the respective business function typically generates these reports

Data analysis involving processing of huge volumes of data is handled through off-line reports. Offline reports are typically generated in pre-defined time intervals by the MIS departments.

The Customer can take an online report of the invoice, voucher etc in the respective components. The limitation in this case is that the report will be for a single voucher / invoice. This Limitation is nullified in this component. Here the customer can take the Reports “In Bulk”, meaning ‘n’ numbers depending on the filter criteria.
