Update Stage Completion
This activity allows you to generate the demand letter only for those stages that have been completed. Similarly, DLI computation will not happen for schedules whose stage has not been completed even if the customer pays late. The stage completion details are maintained at the installment number level.
Select the “Update Stage Completion” activity under the “Scheme Details - Sales” business component.
The “Update Stage Completion” page appears.

Enter the following details in the “Pay Plan Details” group box:

Scheme Code |
The code identifying the scheme. |
The system displays the following in the “Pay Plan Details” group box:

Scheme Name |
The name of the scheme. |
Enter the following details in the “Pay Plan Details” group box:

Pay Plan Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of pay plan which is mapped to the scheme. |

Pay Plan Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the pay plan. |
|
Installment No |
Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifying the installment for completing stage. |
Enter the following details in the “Default Entries” group box:

Completed? |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the stage is completed or not. The combo is loaded with the options “Blank”, “No” and “Yes”. |
The system displays the following in the “Stage Details” multiline:

Tower |
The tower of the property. |

Block |
The block of the property. |
|
Stage Code |
The code identifying the stages specified for the milestone. |

Description |
The detailed description of the stage. |
Enter the following details in the “Stage Details” multiline:

Completed? |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the stage is completed or not. The combo is loaded with the options “Blank”, “No” and “Yes”. |
Click the “Save Details” button to update the stage completion details.
