Scheme Details - Sales – An overview

Introduction

In this component, the schemes details of type sales are maintained. The holding charge is provided to the customer if the property is held beyond final payment date. Compensation is provided to the customer when occupation certificate date is not on agreement date and handing over period (days). Brokerage is processed only when a specified factor of sale value is recovered from the customer. History of area revision is maintained at scheme level.

The components whose purpose is sales can be mapped to a particular UOM or for a particular floor/tower/block and unit. Registration is charged depends on the customer type and its basis can be % or a flat amount. Forfeiture parameters can be set for the entire scheme and modified at property (other than type parking) level. Incentive is computed based on the slab specified for the number of bookings with effective dates. Demand letter is generated only for those stages that have been completed. The rates for components/charges/rebates are maintained at a property level.
