This page allows you to record the details of the requirement of the labor for a work order.

The “Labor Requirement” page appears.

The service work order identifier is retrieved from the previous page.

Description

The description of the work order.

Status

The status of the work order can be “Fresh”, “In-Progress”, “Scheduled”, “Completed” or “Closed”.

W/O Unit

The unit of the work order.

The system displays the following.

Start Date

The start date of the work order.

Start Time

The start time of the work order.

WO Category

The category of the work order.

Compl. Date

The date on which the tasks in the work order must be completed.

Compl. Time

The time at which the tasks in the work order must be completed.

Actual Labor Hours

The actual number of hours taken to complete the tasks of the service work order.

Skill

The skill in which the employee must be proficient. (Alphanumeric,30).

Unit Desc.

The description of the unit. (Alphanumeric,150).

Quantity

The quantity of units.(Integer, 29)

Duration (Hrs.)

The estimated duration in hours for completing the tasks in the service work order. (Integer,20).

Rate

The rate per hour charged for the labor. (Integer,28).

Estimated Cost

The estimated cost incurred for the labor. (Integer,20).

Remarks

The remarks pertaining to the labor. (Alphanumeric,255).

Employee

The unique code of the employee who is assigned the task. (Alphanumeric,10).

The skill in which the employee must be proficient. (Alphanumeric,30).

From Date

The start date of the work order. (Date Format)

From Time

The duration of hours per day of labor. (Integer, 20)

The system displays the following in the “Labor Assignment” multiline.

Estimated Duration

The estimated duration for completing the labor.

No. of Days

The number of days required for completing the labor.

Name

The name of the employee who is responsible to do the task.

Skill Desc.

The description of the skill in which the employee must be proficient.

Employee

The unique code of the employee. (Alphanumeric,10).

The system displays the following in the “Labor Actuals” multiline.

Employee Name

The name of the employee who completes the service.

The description of the skill.

As of Date

The date on which the labor details are recorded.

As of Time

The time at which the labor details are recorded.

The system updates the labor details.

The system displays the following fields in the “Data History” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the work order.

Created Date

The date and time of the creation of the work order.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who modified the work order.

Last Modified Date

The date and time when the work order was last modified.
