This page allows you to maintain the references of the work order.

The “References” page appears.

The system retrieves the following from the previous page.

The service work order identifier is retrieved from the previous page.

Description

The description of the work order.

Status

The status of the work order can be “Fresh”, “In-Progress”, “Scheduled”, “Completed” or “Closed”.

Work Group

The work group that is expected to carry out the corrective action on the Unit.

WO Type

The type of service work order.

WO Category

The category of service work order.

The system displays the following in the “Customer Complaint Details” multiline from the “Customer Complaint” component in the “Sales and Shipping” business process. Note that the user can also enter addition complaints in the multiline, if required.

Complaint No.

The Customer Complaint number of the complaint (Alphanumeric, 18).

Complaint Description

The description of the call. (Alphanumeric, 20).

Complaint Date

The date on which the complaint was attended. (Date Format)

Customer Code

The unique code of the customer. (Alphanumeric, 20).

Customer Name

The name of the customer. (Alphanumeric, 40).

The system displays the following in the “References” multiline from the “SLA” component in the “Enterprise Asset Management” business process. Note that the user can also enter additional references in the multiline, if required.

Document Type

The type of document. (Alphanumeric, 20).

Document Number

The unique number of the document. (Alphanumeric, 20).

Document Created Date

The date on which the document was created. (Date Format).

The system updates the details.

The system displays the following fields in the “Data History” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the work order.

Created Date

The date and time of the creation of the work order.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who modified the work order.

Last Modified Date

The date and time when the work order was last modified.
