Bulk Schedule Service Work Order
This page allows you to select service work orders for the purpose of bulk scheduling.
Select the “Bulk Schedule Service Work Order” link under the “Service Work Order” business component.
The “Bulk Scheduling Of Work Order” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the work orders to be scheduled:

WO. No |
The service work order to be scheduled (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the work order in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the work orders that are similar to the work order entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders. |

WO Description |
The textual description of the service work order to be scheduled (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the work orders whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the work order. The system provides the options: “Fresh”, “Scheduled”, and “In-Progress”. Leave the field blank to retrieve work orders belonging to all the above statuses. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |

WO Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the service work order to be retrieved. Leave the field blank to retrieve all work orders irrespective of their type. The system leaves the field blank, by default |

Unit Default Work Group |
The default work group that is responsible for the unit in the work order. (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the unit default work group in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the service work orders whose unit default group is as entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all service work orders. |

Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for the work order. (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the work group in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the service work orders whose work group is as entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all service work orders. |

Sale Order No. |
A unique sale order number. (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the sale order number in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the service work orders whose sale order number is as entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all service work orders. |

Unit |
The unit of work order. You can enter the unit of work order in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the service work orders whose sale order number is as entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all service work orders. |

Unit Serial No. |
A unique unit serial number. (Alphanumeric, 28). You can enter the unit serial number in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the service work orders whose unit serial number is as entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all service work orders. |

Due Date From |
The due date from which you require to retrieve the service work orders that are created. (Date Format). |
|
Due Date To |
The due date until which you require to retrieve the service work orders that are created. (Date Format). |

SLA No. |
A unique service level agreement number. (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the SLA number in full or specify it partially. The system displays all the service work orders whose SLA number is as entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all service work orders. |

Location |
The location of the equipment for which you must retrieve all the service work orders that have been created (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the equipment whose locations are similar to the location entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve work orders created in all locations |
Click on the “Search” pushbutton.
The system retrieves the results of the search criteria in the “Search Results” multiline.

The time by which the service work order must be executed. |

The scheduled completion time of the service work order. |

Scheduling Remarks |
The remarks pertaining to the scheduling of the work order. |

Work Group |
The work group responsible for the service work order. |
|
Status |
The status of the service work order. |
|
WO Type |
The type of work order. |
Click on “Schedule” pushbutton.
The system updates the status of the service work order to “Scheduled”.
To default values in the multiline
Enter the following.

Sch.Start Date |
The scheduled start date. |
|
Sch. Completion Date |
The scheduled date of completion of the task. |
|
WO Category |
From the drop-down list box, select the WO Category. |
Click on “Apply to All” pushbutton.
The system defaults the values in the multiline.
To proceed
Select the “Parts Allocation” link at the bottom of the in the “Bulk Schedule Service Work Order” page.
The “Allocate Spares” page appears.
Select the “Raise PR” link at the bottom of the in the “Bulk Schedule Service Work Order” page.
