Edit Subcontracting Issue – A Summary of the Activity

This activity allows you to select, modify, authorize or delete the subcontracting issue transaction. The subcontracting issue details are recorded based on the subcontracting order or subcontract release slip. The subcontracting order and subcontract release slip are reference documents for the creation and maintenance of the issue transaction. Only users who have the requisite permission can authorize, modify and delete the subcontracting issue transaction. You will be only able to edit the transactions, which are either in Active status or in returned status.

The “Select Subcontracting Issue” page allows you to select the subcontracting issue transaction for modification or deletion. The “Edit Subcontracting Issue” page allows you to modify the transaction details of the subcontracting issue. The “View Lot Details” page allows you to view lot related information. The “View Serial Details” page allows you to view the serial number information. The “Financial Information” page allows you to view the financial information of the subcontracting issue. The “Stock Status Review” page allows you to inquire the warehouse stock information. The “Disposition Review” page allows you to inquire the disposition. The “View Item Substitute” page allows you to view the item substitutes. The “View Warehouse Details” page allows you to view information on the warehouse from where the items are issued.
