Trip Log Details – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to search and select the trip number for recording the trip actuals. You can log the details for both trip basis and vehicle basis. You can also search for vehicle number, route number, status, origin, destination, driver code, starting and ending range of trip number and starting and ending range of the trip dates to record the actuals. This activity allows you to log the actual trip details. For a Trip Number, you can record the actuals like the date, time, duration and the expense of the activity. You can view the planned Vs actual details in the Summary group box. You can also short close the activity by specifying the Closure Reason
