Select Trip No.
Select the “Trip Log” activity under the “Transport Log” business component.
The “Select Trip No.” page appears.
Note: Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.
Select the following from the header:

Mode |
Use the drop-down list box to select the mode for which you wish to maintain the trip log details. The combo is loaded with “Trip Basis” and “Vehicle Basis”. The system displays “Trip Basis” by default on launch of the page. |
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Vehicle No. |
A unique number identifying the vehicle number for which you wish to log the trip details. |

Route No. |
A unique number identifying the trip route. |
|
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the trip status. The combo is loaded with “All”, “Closed”, “Deleted”, “Fresh”, “In Progress” and “Short Closed”. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page. |

Origin |
The location from where the trip originates. |
|
Destination |
The location where the trip ends. |
|
Driver Code |
A unique code identifying the driver. |
|
Trip No. From |
The starting range of the trip number for which you wish to log the trip details. |
|
Trip No. To |
The ending range of the trip number until which you wish to log the trip details. |
|
Driver Name |
The name of the driver associated with the Driver Code. |
|
Trip Date From |
The starting date range of the trip from which you wish to log the trip details. |
|
Trip Date To |
The ending date range of the trip until which you wish to log the trip details. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

Trip No. |
A unique number identifying the trip. |

Date |
The date on which the trip was created. |
|
Vehicle No. |
A unique number identifying the vehicle. |
|
Driver Code |
A unique code identifying the driver. |
|
Driver Name |
The name of the driver associated with the Driver Code. |

Route No. |
A unique number identifying the route. |
|
Status |
The trip status. The status can be “All”, “Closed”, “Deleted”, “Fresh”, “In Progress” and “Short Closed”. |
Note: In the “Trip Basis” Mode, “Trip No.”, hyperlink will be visible. In the “Vehicle Basis” Mode, “Vehicle No.” hyperlink will be visible.
